Ernie Dewitt is a retired paramedic with an impressive 37-year career. His passion for facilitating and coaching shines through his work with diverse groups, from troubled youth to corporate teams as well as individuals coping with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. He has a Bachelor degree in Christian Education with a minor in counseling and a Master's in Experiential Education with a focus on marriage and family growth and development. In addition to his formal degrees he is a certified Master Life Coach and EGALA (Equine Assisted growth and Learning Association) certified. He shares his life with his wife Angela, and together they enjoy their three grown daughters and two grandchildren.
Angela DeWitt is a certified Horse Specialist with training in Equine Natural Lifemanship, Trauma-Focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Equine Assisted Learning. With over a decade of experience, she has assisted in guiding countless individuals and groups through emotional trauma, personal challenges, and growth. At Legacy Family Coaching, Angela is particularly passionate about helping couples prepare for marriage, utilizing her certification in the SYMBIS pre-marriage assessment. Married to Ernie DeWitt, she cherishes her role as a mother to three grown daughters and a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, who affectionately call her Gigi.
